"Travis helped design the project and got all the needed materials together. The shipping was fast with good communication. The ready to assemble cabinets arrived with no damage. My only complaint is being delivered curbside by a semi. I live on 3 acres and the truck couldn't get back on my driveway. Had to take apart the pallet and haul each box to house using car and a few trips. The semi also had to park on a pretty busy road to unload, felt unsafe. A box truck and two pallets instead of one giant one would have been much more convenient. "

The instructions weren't of much help, but the simplicity of the cabinets still made the process very smooth. The customer service has been very great with any questions I have had. They worked with me to reduce the standard shipping price since I was ordering only one additional cabinet to add to my previous order. I love the slow close drawers, and the drawer quality themselves is amazing with the dovetail joints and nice finish. "
"Excellent service. I ordered two vent hoods instead of one. Your team was able to cancel one and refund other hood. I forgot to order two other smaller cabinets. But they will get that done. The driver was helpful unloading the skid of cabinets. I was using a cane (waiting on hip replacement). He helped the homeowner get the boxes inside the home out of the weather.
