I called on June 18th and they said it was sent to my address but the returned bc no one picked it up. How did they know that? Why didn't they knock on my door? I didn't return it. "Great so far. My latest pair of shoe quality is a reflection of Adidas, not Tennis Express. I do think that upon wearing a shoe in your respective sport, and it fails to live up to expectations (in this case: a worn hole on side of shoe), you should be able to return the product. Otherwise, happy with selection, sales, and shipping. "
"I have found good sales and good products on Tennis Express, but I ordered a tennis bag back in Feb. and it is now May and I have yet to receive it. The latest update on the order I was told they didn't know when it would be delivered. And in March I ordered shoes and they have yet to arrive."

I reached out to verify that the part that was sent would be compatible with my daughters tennis rackets. Customer service rep confirmed that it is the correct part, but when I tried to install it wasn’t compatible and would not fit. I then asked for a refund and was told that I would have to pay for shipping, which makes no sense since the wrong part was sent. After contacting customer service a third time, I haven’t received a response in over a week. "
