"I purchased an AMD Sempron 2300+ to repair/upgrade my ailing home computer who is currently on life support. It has been 18 days, and TCTPC still hasn't even packaged the processor. My bank says they have 30 days from the date of purchase to get the product to my door before I can initiate an investigation. However, I work for a company that ships product out the door constantly. This kind of behavior is not tolerable. All but one attempt to contact them have been futile. The one time they responded, the reply was that these things take "a while."

While they still have 12 days at the time of this review before they are guilty of fraud, they are already guilty of being a bad vendor. And to make matters worse, they have a clause in their fine print on the website that allows them to charge $20 annually from your account for so called technical service fees. If you have already purchased from them and are just now reading this, you must cancel your debit/credit card now before they scam you even more.

Do NOT buy from them. I wish I had found this site earlier, because it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

"My purchase took two weeks to receive, and it came to me with holes in the box and small scratches on the computer case. Never did I think I would be paying twenty dollars to join their crappy program, in order to receive crappy mechandise two weeks later. On top of that, the company gave me an incorrect UPS tracking number, so I was never able to check the status of the shipment. Out of all the online purchases I have ever made, this is the worst seller I have ever dealt with."

"Two orders were combined at my suggestion to save on shipping, and that was my second mistake! One item was wrong color, one item was damaged because of no bubble wrap or packing material at all were used. The last item was fine shape. I guess one out of three ain't bad!! Impossible to get a hold of these folks, been trying for 3 months! When they did respond once with a e-mail, they said call on the phone and gave me a number, but nobody responds to my messages, which I was forced to leave, as nobody answers phone!..S.O.S."

"BIG TROUBLE!! Ordered a case and some accessories. They overcharged me for shipping, and charges an additional 19.99 that wasn't authorized. They do NOT answer their phone or e-mail....ever!!! Fortunatly, contacted credit card company after trying for a week to get a hold of tctpc and back charged the order. These guys have since been pulled from pricewatch.com and are fading into existence. If you come accross them i would strongly advise you to go elsewhere."

"THIS IS REDICULOUS, I ORDER A TOWER 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET, I CANT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER WHEN I CALL AND CANT LEAVE ANY MESSAGES. " Ordered a motherboard on 2-2-05 and paid with Paypal instantly. TCTPC emailed me a conformation notice and a contact link. The link indicated the purchase order but did not supply a tracking number. Contacted TCTPC through email link 5 times concerning a shipping date. Received no response. Called them on 2-22-05. Their voice menue lead to unavailble people. I left a message and they never returned my call.
This company is probably a complete fraud and I have been ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"this place is horrible. if you read the fine print, by buying anything, you adhere to their 19.99 technical service fee EVERY year. in their policy, they also say they will ship before charging your credit card. My card was charged the day the order was placed, and it has been over a week, no shipment. I call them everyday, no one picks up. they dont respond to emails. do not trust this dirty chinese small business!"

"I ordered an X-Clio Jr. from this store. I put it on 2-day delivery fed-ex. It ran me close to $100. I am not made of money so that is a big buy for me. Well I was expecting to get it within 3 days, well guess what, I never got it and I waited 2 weeks!!!! Finnally, I got fed up with them after emailing them several times and calling them at all hours of the day and leaving well over 5 to 10 messages a day and I left my phonenumber and email with them. They never called me back or responded to my emails. I called my bank and told them what was going on. They got me back all my money and if telecomtech doesnt respond to them they my bank will take them to court. I will not recomend tctpc.com to anyone unless they want a headache."

"**BUYER BEWARE***

This company was horrible to deal with. No wonder their Alexa rating is so low. Their website is slow and when I finally got it to work (they had the lowest price) I filled my cart and checked out. I needed the items within a week so I chose 2 day Fedex shipping for an extra 40 bucks.
Now, you'd think that's enough time, one week for a two day shipment...Right?
No, they didn't ship it for 3 days then when they finally did it went out UPS ground.
GROUND! That's 7-10 days extra.
I tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of them but
no one EVER answers the phone there and emails must just disappear into the ether. They dont communicate with their customers at all.

Needless to say I wont be using them again. EVER.
Im also disputing the charges on my card for the extra shipping fees. What a horrible company!
