Just got an email from the courier that if I want to receive the phone which traveled around the world for 2 month now I have to pay an additional tax. I am in Germany and placed my order in an UK shop. But take care they send from China and tell you by support later that it was your choice to order from china not UK. Which was not. I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered after 2 months of waiting. They have consistently lied to me over email about its shipment status and after asking for a refund for several weeks I have had no reply. Then, had another email this morning saying its been shipped after 2 months! Ridiculous.
If you value your sanity, DO NOT use this company."

Terrible service its been 18 days since I ordered a phone and it still says preparation in progress. For the last 10 days I've been sending emails at the begging they were replying saying don't worry in the next few days we will send it; know they've stopped replying.
Dreadful service buy from Amazon or eBay even if you have to pay 10£ more, it's not worth the hassle.
