"I purchased a PIPO TV box with Windows 10 (sent to a U.S. address) and received a device programmed in Chinese. Because it did not have a legitimate copy of Windows (no product key), I had to purchase a product key just to attempt to change the language settings. After several hours of trying to locate the right language setting (all were printed in Chinese characters), it was still running Chinese in the background whenever I logged onto the internet. So I tried loading a new English version of Windows (another expense) but kept getting errors messages and the process would not complete. Company finally responded to my complaint after several weeks and authorized a return but only if shipped via the postal service. As of May 2, 2019, the USPS will no longer ship any type of computer that might contain a battery, so I tried UPS instead. They wanted to charge twice the cost of the device, and since the company would not reimburse for return shipping, that made no sense. I've already spent way more trying to fix this device than it was worth. I've learned my lesson and will never deal with this company again."
