"I ordered the product on Sept 25. However, they emailed me that I have a credit card address issue and I called back on Sept 27. Now they are saying that the product is out of stock and it'll take 4-5 weeks to fullfil.

"They are overall a good company that seems to have very competitive prices. The only problem that I had with this vendor is that they only seem to ship with a "signature required in person at the door". Usually one can sign the Attempt at Delivery slip for a release and have it left at the residence at the next delivery attempt. My family all works so we can not be there during the day when the Fedex delivery person arrives so my wife had to come home early from her job to sign for the package. One just needs to make sure that they have someone at home on weekdays or have it shipped to their workplace. I guess shipping policies like this are becoming more common because of all the fraud and theft occurring with these orders.
