After it arrived and I installed it, it didn't seem to be working right (just cycled through primary colors rather than display the Windows login screen). "I found a replacement oem keyboard for my HP Laptop. HP wanted more than double for the part plus labor. I chatted with a VERY knowledgeable technician on their chat and he advised me that I could perform the repair myself.

They must ship immediately because even with UPS Ground I still received my keyboard the very next day.

I had an issue where something I thought I added to cart wasn't, and they added it for me via their IM support instantly.
