"I purchased an item and when I went to pick it up, I was told the order was canceled. This information was false. I was lied to. I spent hours on the line for customer service and ultimately target took my money and never provided me with the product I purchased. This is illegal."
"I shopped online for kitchen items and made the purchase online for in store pick up. The sale was completed and paid for two hours before pick up. When I arrived one of two $50+ items was missing. Customer service rep said the item was out of stock and that they were unable to issue a refund for the item already paid for but missing. My bank confirmed that the funds had already been taken out of my account for both items. I called the store back and spoke to a second customer service rep who also said that there is nothing they can do to refund the money but maybe it will be refunded on Monday. It was not. "
