"I am very disappointed with TaraSkinCare. I placed an order on 9/23/2015. Finally, on 9/29/15, I received an email stating the item I ordered was not only out of stock, but discontinued. Ok. I understand these things happen. The email also stated I would receive a full refund. I have yet to receive this refund....my debit/bank account has not been credited. Interestingly, the date of the Withdrawal is 9/29/15, the same date I was told my order could not be filled and I waould receive a refund. I have emailed customer service 2, no I think 3 times, called several times but the "mail box was full" then finally today was able to leave a message stating please, please call me back today. NOTHING. What do I do now? "
