"I have order several times from Tara SC and both times the product took weeks to arrive. Once I sent as a gift to my mother and I order on Nov. 25 and she didn't get her product until Dec 7th. Same with me. I only live in San Diego which is a little under an hour of where TaraSC is located but it took two weeks. I have just ordered again and still not have received my product. There shipping process is horrible and someone seriously needs to get on the ball and revamp it!"

"First of all I got a promo about free shipping and then it wasn't, so I was charged shipping and then when you mailed it I ended up having to pay for more shipping when I picked it up because you shipped it in the wrong packaging so I paid an additional $3.75. Really disappointed that you don't know your shipping costs and was charged additionally.
