Our only problem was getting the product. I believe that was our fault. We were expecting in a few days not really asking when it would arrive. It took 7 days after we found out when it was sent. "

"I bought a Panasonic plasma TV from TamayaTech and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. The shipper noticed some small scratches which were disclosed to me before the sale went through. TamayaTech also offered a good discount because of that, which I accepted. So a good price was a good start, but it only got better.

The company was extremely responsive to my inquiries, even responding on a Sunday night. They then even sent me a photo of my TV packaged and ready to ship (since it was coming freight)! Finally, they offered to do whatever needed to make sure the freight company dropped it off at my home.

"I ordered a refurbished printer from TamayaTech and received it as ordered. My mistake was ordering another printer from them. The second printer that I ordered did not work correctly. It took them 30 days to issue an RMA for the return. They were supposed to send me a replacement. The printer was returned in October 2013. I did not receive the replacement as promised because they didn't process the return. I have sent many e-mails to them regarding this and it still has not been taken care of. I ordered a printer from another source since it had been so long since my order and I still needed the printer. I have requested a refund of the purchase price over a month ago and still do not have it posted to my credit card. I have already had to pay additional return shipping charges for a product that did not function correctly. My e-mails are not being addressed."
