"I finally got my refund by involving Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. I cancelled an order Jan 19, 2010. After lots of calls and no action I filed a complaint with Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs. I mailed the complaint info to them March 16, 2010 and received my full refund check April 9, 2010. Strongly suggest all you guys do the same. Here is the website address for the Div. of Consumer Affairs:

When their screen opens, click on "file a complaint" and go from there.

"CROOKS!!!!!!! Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a 3inch riser for my M4 and the next day received an e-mail the saying it was on back order. I called the next day and canceled the order then happened to notice the next day they had already charged my credit card. Have phoned them 3 times and e-mailed them twice but have not been credited. Have disputed this charge with my bank and still have not gotten the refund applied and it's been over a month . I sure wish I had researched this company before ordering..Look at their complaints..Do not order from these scam artist!!!!!!!"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order with them - never got what I originally ordered (but they charged me for them up front) - and am still trying to straighten this out after over 14 months!!! I received a substitution for one item and was supposed to receive a substitution for the other that was "in stock" and haven't received one in a month, but ordered the same item from Cabela's and received it in 6 days! They are supposed to refund the balance of my money but I kind of doubt that they will do it! Their communication with me was not existant unless I initiated it! Please don't get fooled like me!!! Stay away from Tactical Gun Armory!!!"

"The item on the site did not show back order and my Visa was charged not only for the items ordered but the shipping charge was added to the bill when the company knew the items were not and never would be in stock.I gave this company 30 days in good faith to come up with the goods and when I canceled the order on 3/14/2010 after receiving no updates was then told I would have to wait up to 14 days to have my money refunded. I beleive this company is running a scam and the state of Tenesee should clear this companies books and refund the affected customers and not only close but fine this company."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! they are liars and crooks. My Holster stayed on back order for 6 months, I called and cancelled my order in Aug of 09 and still havent recieved a dime. They are liars and they will rob you blind. No one from Shelby County Al in Law Enforcement should EVER order from them. Lets SHUT THEM DOWN."

" “After several months of trying to get a refund for a Ruger Mini14 that the TGA (Tactical Gun Armory) website did not list as back ordered or not in stock, the credit card company refunded my money. TGA could not even give me a delivery date after over a month went by and I called to question them. When I ordered the gun there was never any indication that the gun would not ship soon or was back ordered. If you deal with them do it by email so you can have a record to give to your credit card company to get a refund when they don't deliver. Thank God for effective credit card disputes. Tactical Gun Armory kept telling me they would refund the money and never did. I complained to them but it was to no avail. I WILL NOT do business with them again and strongly recommend that you be careful if you do. It took me over 3 months to get a credit and their reason was that they were waiting on me to file a credit card dispute, even after I filed the dispute they still would not respond. Not a recommended company by me at least.”"

"I ordered a Galco holster from these guys with out checking their reputation first. The holster was listed as in stock. A couple days later I get an email saying it's not in stock but the tan one was. I wanted black so it was backordered. Two days later I get another email stating the same thing. I canceled my order and they said my money would be returned to my credit card. It has been close to a month and still I have paid for nothing. Everytime I call there they blame it on their credit card processers and say it's industry standard to take this long to get a refund. That's B.S. as I have had charges removed from my card in less than 24 hrs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will rip you off in a heart beat. I buy a lot of stuff on line and have never run into this problem before, I would think this company would want to protect their reputation but not every one has integrity and they definitely fall into that category."

"Terrible customer service. I ordered a holster back in Oct 2009. They sent the wrong one. They told me they would ship the correct one but it never came. So I called them and they said it was on back order. They never had the thought to let me know that. Then I went ahead and changed my order to a different holster for the same price. They said it was in stock and would ship right away. It never came. After finally getting Will the worthless manager on the phone, he said I would have to ship back the other holster first at my expense. And he was so kind to "waive" the re-stocking fee. So I paid to send it back and I never got the other one they said they would ship. Everytime I call their 1-***-***-**** the message says that they are closed. Even though it's during their business hours. These mofos are the biggest SOB's I have ever dealt with from an online company. Whatever you do, don't ever buy from these people. Now I can't even get them on the phone. They charge your credit card as soon as you place the order and then you're screwed. "

"DON'T purchase anything from this company!!!!!
They are "CROOKS"!!! On Mar.13, 2009 I ordered a holster. They took my money and I never received
any merchandise! They said it was on backorder for several months. I finally told them that "I WANTED MY MONEY BACK". They sent me an email saying that my refund had been processed. That was a lie!! I have not received it yet. Today is Dec. 29, 2009. The guy "Will"(supposedly, General Manager) is always busy doing something when I call and I am told that he will return my call. "HOGWASH"!! He must be an imaginary character that "Elizabeth" is making up....BEWARE!! We are all geting fed a line or LIE!!!

"These guys are also "The Blade Shop". Between the two they've robbed me of over $700. They take your money and then say the item is on "backorder". EVERYTHING is on "backorder" it's a scam. I have been trying to get my money back from their Bladeshop division for YEARS and have been trying to get my money back from this division for months. I contacted BBB but these companies will not reply. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES! YOU WILL BE ROBBED."

"I ordered a galco concealable holster for my glock 23 in march. After 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking # I call and inquired about the order and they said it was on back order. I called again a few weeks later and was told again it was on back order. So on June 22nd (3 months after the order was placed) I sent them an e-mail asking that they cancel the order as I found somewhere else that had it in stock. They said they would be happy to cancel the order but they would need me to call in. So I called and they said they would cancel and issue me a refund. By July 1st i still had not received a refund so I inquired as to what was going on and they said the it would be refunded within 15 business days of the cancellation on 6/22. August 14th after another inquiry they said the refund should have been processed but may not have been completed due to technical difficulties as they had changed processors on June 1st. August 25th, I get the same e-mail stating the same thing. I have sent a few e-mails since August 25th to which I have received no response. I call on Friday, Oct 23 and spoke to a CS rep and they said they would pass this to the manager "Will" and I should give him 3 days or so and check back. I call yesterday, Oct 28th and "he was on the phone making call back." I called again later that day and was told the same thing and they asked for my phone # for him to call me at. (I never received a call back). I call this morning, Thursday, Oct 29th, and a CS rep told me he was not in his office and he would get back to me. When I asked why I haven't received a call back, the CS Rep told me he has been in meetings for 2 days. SO someone or multiple people are lying to me. I just want my $83.50 back! These people are liars and thieves. Steer clear! I have received much better service from Ableammo.com and opticsplanet.com "

"DON'T DON'T BUY from TGA
They are crooks!!!!!!!!!! I thought i was buying a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x50 Firefly at a good price but then the nightmare began. on 3/15/09 I ordered the scope a couple of days later got the forum letter not in stock. 2 to 3 weeks will be in at 3 weeks I e-mailed them oh ya 2 to 3 weeks more weeks waited 3 weeks no scope well no big hurry hunting season starts in Nov well Aug rolled around still no scope Sept 7 called Cancelled my order then the fun began. Now if you have unlimited minutes on your cell well your ok I don't, Waited any where from 5 to 25 Minutes on hold, after a month and all of the run around I still didn't have a refund. I was finally told my electronic refund wouldn't work. On the 7 of Oct they would send a check that day, On the 11 of Oct I called again to see where my check was I was told it was sent on the 9 of Oct and it could take up to a week to get, I told them it only takes 2 to 3 days to go across America, On the 15 of Oct called them again they said it was sent on the 9 of Oct again I told them the pony express could of delivered it by now. Luck was finally on my side the check arrived on the 16 of Oct post date on envelope was Oct 14 NEVER EVER AGAIN will I just look for a great price with out Google on my side. I would of seen this site first. But if you want to give a interest free loan to a crook give to TGA there are the best at stealing your money for over 6 months
