"About 2 years ago, I purchased a set of mounting adapters for my 2011 Tacoma when I upgraded the door speakers. They fit a worked great! I now have a 2017 Tacoma and the audio system needed a good upgrade. I contacted their Taco Tunes online chat support (who are very friendly) and had them walk me through everything I needed and how to set up. I followed their online instructional videos which were on point and installed everything myself. Any questions I had, they were able to answer for me. After installation my system sounded great! I was very impressed with the quality and power of their amplifiers. Everything was direct plug n play and made the installation a breeze! "Went to Taco Tunes (online) to see what they had for my 4runner. I was referred to Taco Tunes by people on a large 4runner forum. I was happy to find the place was only 5 minutes from my house, so I was able to pick up my product in person, avoiding a shipping charge. I spent less than $100 on installation parts just to start the process of upgrading my entire system later. I met Robert at Taco Tunes and was surprised by the level of customer service I received from Rob and others at the store. I felt as if I had spent thousands of dollars with the way I was treated. I had all of the installation advice I could use and my speaker install went flawlessly. If you have a Toyota, this is the ONLY place you should be buying stereo equipment from. I fully intend to go back when I am ready to replace the head unit in my 4runner. Highly Recommended!!!!!"
"Ordered speaker adapters for the front, rear, and tweeter adapter mounts along with the bolt kits for a 2014 Tundra double cab. I only got the adapter mounts, the front mounts look like they were previously installed and no bolt kits for the front or rear of the vehicle. I looked at my invoice and it shows I was billed for the bolt kits. I attempted to contact them by phone no one answers by support ticket no response and by the web chat was always set to away. I now have a claim with the Better Business Bureau filed 3 days ago and they have still yet to respond. This company is great for taking your money but horrible at delivering customer service or a product to your door.... "
"I purchase the ReCurve based on the YouTube videos showing the ease of installation. Spent the extra money on the wiring harness to make my life easier and have a quicker installation. WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE!!! This company doesn't know anything about their system you can't locate anyone on the phone. You must leave a message but you never get a call back! You email and 48-hours later get a stupid question that was already emailed complete with pictures. It the WORST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET. Save your money! If you don't please call me and I'll sell you my boat anchor for half price. I promise to answer the phone. I can't say that for tacotunes!"

"I placed two separate orders from Taco Tunes based on reviews I read here. First was for front and rear Image Dynamic speakers, mounts and bolts for my 2015 Tacoma. Received confirmation e-mail, shipping e-mail and everything arrived as promised with in 1 week. Next ordered 10" Image Dynamics sub-woofer and single box. Received the same order confirmation, shipping confirmation and received the order within 1 week.
No issues installing the equipment, but watch the videos to see how to do it. Tweeter mounts need to be installed BEHIND the bracket for proper fit.
These guys have put a lot of time into getting the fit right and the instructions are on the website."
"As with previous reviews, this seller does not respond. I placed an order and made a payment through PayPal. Expecting some kind of order confirmation, I did not receive any. After numerous calls that go straight to voicemail, and after leaving messages, I still did not receive any communication from the seller. Emails also proved futile. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so I already filed a claim, and I should be expecting a refund after the set time necessary for waiting for a response from seller. So, maybe you might have a better experience, but I'd rather buy a new head unit than invest in a ReCurve that will not be supported by the seller. Good luck if you decide to make a purchase."
"I am currently trying to get a refund on a Recurve for my Tacoma. It took a month to get the Recurve and speaker mounts with two sets of door speakers. I am happy with the door speakers but the Recurve did not sound good in my 2015 Tacoma. They gave me an RMA to return the $279 item and then never gave me a refund and will not return my numerous emails. I don't think they are con-artists, but I do believe they are completely unorganized and overwhelmed. I will never do business with them again and recommend you avoid them as well. I am now out 300 after shipping the Recurve back with no refund. "

Asked for a tracking number about three weeks later and got a response from him saying that sometimes the store had issues calculating shipping.
That was the end of communication...Kept my money and did not respond to emails after that. Dealing with a paypal claim trying to get my money back."

Have not had any issues. The products are first rate and heavy duty. My first order from them was back in 2007. Just received my 5th order last night."
"This guy charged us $400 for the speakers, did not ship anything, doesn't respond to numerous emails, too late for paypal and credit card claims. This con-artist asks you to wait because he is too busy, well then you wait and it's too late to get your money back. It's been 5 months, DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

The FedEx tracking was stuck as INITIATED for several days with no progress that the package had been picked up or was in the Fed-Ex system
Unanswered emails and phone calls so escalated to a PayPal dispute which got one email offering to reship the item and then absolute silence from the seller. Finally defaulted to the Item Not Recieved Paypal claim being paid out.
