and when i told them i want to cancel the order they said i'll be charged with a restocking fee...when the order haven't even shipped yet??? wtf! nothing on the websit for the product stated that it's a european model that doesn't come with a non-rechargable battery. i even looked back a the description and it did say it comes with a rechargable battery. this is shady company...do not order or you will be sorry. i ended up cancelling the order..if they charge me restocking fee for an item that hasn't been shipped, i can call my CC company and dispute the charge. worst online experience ever!"

"I ordered a Canon Powershot sx100 camera, a 1GB SD memory card, and a quick charger with 4 batteries on October 9th. The charger and memory card arrived on October 23rd,after I finally inquired about it. The camera came on October 29th again after I inquired about it. I have not received the camera starter kit that was supposed to be included with the camera purchase. 5 emails and 3 phone calls to get the complete order? When can I expect the starter kit? The latest email from fotoconnection said I have to fill out this review to get my starter kit. Here it is, where is the camera starter kit I should have gotten with the camera several weeks ago? The TV arrived in excellant condition in 5 days of shipment, just as promised. The carrier was courteous and assisted in carrying the TV in my home and let me inspect the packaging and contents prior to leaving.
When comparing similar products with Brian he asured me that budget should be kept in mind, and if the 52 inch was a stretch that he would choose the KDL 46XBR4 over other brands of lesser cost in larger sizes. TV Depot, offers a great selection of HDTV products, with very competitive prices and quality service, with personnel that try to make purchasing from them a very pleasant experience. It was. "It all turned out OK so far but I was somewhat unhappy with dealing with your sales person. I am sure he was doing his job and he did it well. The fact that this unit doesn't come with the factory warranty and free shipping means that I am having to pick it up from a local UPS warehouse were all news to me. Your website didn't mention anything about this. At the end, I ended up with a 3 year CPS contract and curve side delivery, and $400 more than what I figured out from the website. However, I still think it's a good price and happy with it. It's just that my initial experience was somewhat like buying an used car. Thanks for asking my experience."
