"Tutor time has provided a great summer camp for my child the last two summers. I love the reading and continued educational games and activities throughout the summer as well as the field trips to educational and historical places. My child loves being at tutor time."

We are a fast-growing community and I want you to succeed when the other daycare companies start coming in to meet the population demand. Your price, staff, facilities and experience are GREAT! My whole street goes to Tutor Time. But, we do discuss about the new Director's attitude and children and worry about the retention of the teachers once the new companies come in. It's no secret that daycare is expensive, but the teachers are paid minimal. Every daycare is like that. But, when you increase prices and charge at the height of the pricing range of the area, then we expect to see improvements, consistency and an experience to match. "We get numerous messages through Brightwheel that are unprofessional and often feel scolded while reading them. This is not a professional or personal way to communicate with parents. Our child was recently moved to another room and we were not notified prior to it happening so we as parents were confused let alone how confused our child was through it as well. Was told we would get a letter AFTER the change happened and its been weeks with no letter about the change. Teacher in mornings is most times cold and barely says hi and lacks on updates through brightwheel app. In mornings there is a plethora of ages of kids in the room which makes it extremely chaotic and most times hard to literally even get into the room to drop our child off. Teacher does not try to help calm our child down when she gets upset at drop offs."

The toys were more abundant and clean. Overall, I prefer the other location, but due to proximity, we are stuck with this current South Hampton center. If I had a choice, we would not be attending here, and would instead send out child to The Growing Room."
