"Overall it has been good. I think you all would benefit from paying your employees more so you have a less turnover rate. My son had a teacher quit without notice. Then her replacement lasted one day and quit. It is hard on children to go through so much change they don’t understand and at such a crucial developmental stage of their lives. One week, there was a different teacher in the room everyday. That is not healthy for any child’s development."

"Best daycare we have used (our youngest attends, but we have 3 other children)! The teachers show genuine care/love for the children. The curriculum is excellent. Our 3 year old is more advanced than any of our other children were at this age. The potty-training partnership, and encouragement, was second to none. Miss Sylvia is phenomenal."

"Our experience at Tutor Time has been great. Our son has been going since he was three months, and enjoys seeing his teachers & front desk staff every morning. The staff is always professional, and communication with the school is always accessible. The flexible hours the school provides is a life saver to our family. We enjoy seeing the crafts our son creates in class and the new things he learns. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son enjoys going to Tutor Time, and that he is well taken care of."

"I have voiced concern to administration on several occasions which seems to fall on deaf ears. There is one teacher to about 15 school age children. It is common to see children climbing on counters, yelling at each other and bullying behaviors. It has become a safety concern. I am very dissatisfied with experience. According to handbook these children should have been expelled which is not the case. Administrators do not take reported concerns seriously instead response is it used to be worse and I don't know what else to do. It was reported that a child choked another child and when brought up to administration it was denied. Several children stated this happened. I am ready to call in investigation to licensing board. "

"overall we have had a good experience. i feel like the new director hasn't tried to connect with parents as much as previous ones and she always seems to be running from one place to another. The other staff are knowledgeable and able to assist, so it hasn't been a problem. The only concern i have is that sometimes what the admins/staff tell us is different from what the teachers say. I worry there is a disconnect/lack of communication between them sometimes. this is especially concerning from be because i have a child with a food allergy, and I am not sure everyone is on the same page with the action plan if there is an incident. Overall i think they would all jump to action to handle it, i just wonder if they have all trained as the paperwork calls for. Overall my kids love their teachers and the staff is super helpful and friendly. we are very happy!"
