"Our daughter has been with this TutorTime since infant years and during the early years, the teachers were very warm, caring and we trusted them wholeheartedly. The environment was safe and really helped with our child's social development; however, this school has gone through some turmoils on the management side with frequent staffing changes in the recent years. As our child enters school-age, we expected a bit more than just after-school babysitting, which is pretty much what we are getting now. Tutortime distinguished their after-school program from others available in our community with their curriculum and focus on academics (i.e. homework assistance). What we are experiencing however, is quite on the contrary. Although the electronic Precious Status indicates homework time, nothing is done. On the rare occasion when homework is done, there are errors, which makes us question the qualification of the teachers. The issues that we are experiencing may be location specific and largely due to all the recent staffing changes. We have heard wonderful things from our family friends who send their school-age kids to another TutorTime where the teachers provide written communication on what their kids worked on everyday and what their kids struggled with on the homework front. We're hoping that our Tutortime will eventually get to that point."

"throughout the years my children have had caring teachers but there has been constant transition and turnover which has been challenging, there also has not been consistent implementation of the curriculum, though I understand this is being worked on. I hope these efforts yield good results as I really do like the people who teach my children, I just want to know they will stick around."

"Teachers have moved classes often, they've left, new teachers have little teaching experience. The cook seems to get promoted to teacher often. My 4 yr old had had 4 teachers in 6 months. Absolutely ridiculous. And when I ask why to the director I get these bucketed responses that tell me nothing. Astounding. But not surprising because Marvin the area boss doesn't seem to care if kids attend or not"

"Generally the staff is nice and seemingly competent, but the individuals I encounter can offer little actual feedback on my child's development or activities through the day. I like the app, but wished they used it more to provide information. The facility is clean and inviting."

"We transferred here 3 mo ago. We couldn't be happier. It's 180 deg different than the other place. We love the teachers, the peace of mind our children are well cared for, and safe. Cat, the director is fantastic to run ideas by and she's very open to suggestions. She even has made really positive changes based on simple conversations re my eldest. She's intuitive and I truly believe she's going to do what she's committed to (which was our reason for leaving the other school). We feel hands down, that we can trust her. A parents dream."
