"Overall we have had a very pleasant experience. My child really likes a her teachers/caregivers, has learned/grown a lot, made friends and is very comfortable at the school. My only issue is recently with the new director. She does not communicate at all with the parents which is a huge departure from the previous director. She is also unapproachable and does not address my concerns very well when I have spoken to her. She has been with Tutor Time for 18-19 years which makes it very surprising/disappointing that she isn’t better with communication & working with the parents. I am sure she is a lovely person but needs coaching in this area."

"I’m an aggressive parent and very active in the day to day. I see something that I don’t like and I tell them. Previously my issues were corrected but I always had to make it clear that I had the number for licensing stored in my phone and the number for the District manager. Repairs can take to long to get done on some occasions and those have been issues."

"I am beyond pleased with our experience at Tutor Time. Our teachers go above and beyond to make sure that our son is comfortable and happy. He has shown significant growth is speech since his first day there. His motor skill are getting better on a daily basis. It's has probably been the best thing that we have ever done for our Son development. Its not easy to turn your child over to anyone else care. However I can honestly say from the moment we took our tour the teachers at Tutor Time have gone out of there way to make him feel welcome. He's a sensitive little boy and he feels more comfortable with that teaching staff than anyone else. I could not be more happy with my experience."

"Our only concern is that our daughter's primary teacher in her toddler class in not proficient in English. When kids are 1 year old they are starting to talk and learn the language. Our oldest daughter's toddler class teacher had English as a primary language and the kids quickly picked up speaking and speaking clearly. Our youngest who is currently in the toddler class has not picked up talking as efficiently and her primary teacher does not speak English fluently. It would be strongly recommended that the teachers in the toddler class have correct English skills."

"In general we have been happy with staff and school. I think communication could improve, the different avenues of getting out information should be consistent."

"Overall the school is good. The curriculum is fine, and I like that the same kids move up with my son so there aren't major changes. I'm not a big fan of the last minute activities or family events. We usually get notifications the night before or a day in advance and we don't always get a chance to participate. I also don't like that there are always reps from private brands selling things at these events. The food the children eat is mostly ok, but I don't like that milk is offered with every meal, they should offer water as well. Lastly, the cost per child in a prek class is way too high. I paid much less at a different facility when he still required diaper changes. It's just a bit too much."

"General experience has been that there have been good teachers who care and provide good curriculum, especially this past year, but teacher turnover and the inability to act on misbehaving children who hurt others has caused concern and stress."
