"Find another school. This school needs better trained staff at all levels. Safety and security - fire alarm beeping for weeks. uncovered outlets. Poor communication - teachers do not log out and log into app as who actually is caring for your child, just piggy back on whichever teacher is logged in. Numerous occurances of teachers speaking poorly to the children i.e., Michael, what is your problem today - in a loud, disgusting tone. Sugary cereals allowed by the vat (sensory table). Communication between director/ asst. director poor. They're not on the same page - communicate something to one, and find out the other one is not aware of it. Behavior plan implemented for a biting child and NO ACTIONS TAKEN by the school for their end of the agreement. No additional supervision, no creative interventions implemented. Management MIA when you look for them the most (day of 23 MONTH OLD child's suspension). The stress level in this school by children, staff and environment is beyond words and something must be done."

"We love Tutor Time. The teachers and staff are kind, smart, caring, approachable, welcoming and communicate well. We appreciate the updates and photos on the app throughout the day. We feel sending our child to Tutor Time has been great for her development and for socialization with other young children. We feel the school is safe, clean, bright and a positive environment for our child. It makes us happy to see our child thrive and enjoy her time at school. We feel sending our child to Tutor Time has had a positive impact in her first year and would recommend the school and its wonderful staff and teachers in a heartbeat."

"It is pricey. But they prepared my older daughter for kindergarten. She does a more affordable before/after care program. Would be good if the bus didn't take up a valuable parking spot in front of building. Teachers are great. I think the extra amount charged in the summer is too much. Don't see the added value, especially for kids under four."
