"Honestly, the Shelton location lost good talent in teachers. Since new leadership has taken over, I've notices lack of communication from them. I had my child for close to 5 years there, and I don't like the direction this location is going. I feel some of the new hired staff are young and lack experience with children. But at the end of the day, it comes down to leadership to teach and lead the staff. There are still a couple of good teachers there, and I hope they try to keep that talent for future children."

"There are many teachers that we like. Drop off is our least favorite, the worker at the front desk rarely acknowledges us or our child when we come in, but the teachers in the classroom are warm. We wish there was better communication especially during potty training. The recent high levels of staff turnover is also concerning."
"Too many new changes teachers and administration all leaving at once there’s no structure & ratio is always off. The walls in the classrooms are filthy & curriculum is not being implemented. I used to enjoy bringing my child here but not anymore."
