"The school is much better than the 3/5 star reviews you may find on Yelp or Google. If you have a problem with the staff, try to talk to them in person, preferably one-on-one. I also encourage people to keep in mind that the staff members have families too. If someone isn't available to talk to you because you were on your way to work, guess what... they're probably on their way to work after dropping their kids at school. I do wish the place were kept cleaner both inside and out. Some of the outside trash can be attributed to people in the area after hours. I get that. However, hire a new crew if they can't get to your facility more than one time a week. I mean really. Ask for volunteers if you need to."

"I love the manager of this school. Tameka the schools amazing Business Manager gave us our initial tour with our 3 month old daughter. I listen and asked questions all while tears ran down my face. She took my hand and told me that she knew this was hard, but I didn't have to worry she would treat her as if she was her daughter. She absolutely has, I get updates and pictures on her throughout the day with the app. I feel connected to her from my job, like I'm not missing a single thing. Tutor time also has the lowest infant to child ratio of every place we toured. I cannot say enough kind words about Tameka or her staff!!!"

"We recently transferred to this location from another Tutor Time facility. I have been very happy with the transition. All the staff have been very welcoming to both me and my daughter. The administrative staff are helpful, always friendly and professional and made the effort to get to know me and my daughter. The teachers all greet my daughter by name and make an effort to engage with her. I am very happy with all the staff at this school, they do a wonderful job."

"Wonderful experience overall. The hand written daily progress reports from years ago were great and most importantly, they were offered consistently. Since the switch to an app for progress updates, the reliability has diminished with some instances of weeks passing without an update. My opinion is that if the app does not offer enough time savings to allow daily updates, then revert back to the tried and true hand written method. A digital update system may be shiny and capable, but if it's not used daily, it's pointless."

"I think the Front Office staff, Asst Director and Director could be more professional, caring and nice. Sometimes it is hard to communicate with all of them and they always seem overwhelmed, in a hurry or too busy to talk. Also, I do not think any of the employees should be taking the closest and up front parking spots. Those should be left to the customers/parents dropping and picking up kids."

"Over all the school has been great. The price is really steep for one income family. I pay more for daycare than I do for my mortgage. It definitely causes stress on my family. Also, there are homeless people that hang out in the Parking area. This makes me uncomfortable. I have seen things that cause concern in the area outside the school."

"There are 3 parking spots closest/most convenient to the front entrance for drop off/pick up. I wish the employees would not park there for their shift - these spots should be left for parents/customers. Also, recently 1 of the 2 front doors was not closing all the way which meant people did not need to use their code to get in. After it had already been a week I asked about it and the director said a work order had been put in but I would have appreciated more urgency with this kind of matter. It was still broken before we left for a quick vacation and I am curious if it is fixed when we go back tomorrow. Ms. Bridget, Ms. Margarita, Ms. Lea and Ms. Jen are all great and wonderful teachers! We love them!"
