"Over all it’s been poor. I have been with this establishment at two different points under two directors. While the current director took cleaning and organizing the facility most important the previous director had a happier more friendly and educational environment. I think both are equally important. The current mood in the facility between staff is tense and it shows in the classroom and children’s behavior and overall family experience."

"Teachers seem burned out more often than not. Drop off is often chaotic with all ages in one room which can make it hard for my child to feel comfortable until the classes separate by age. At pick up the kids are often playing independently, but there is little in the way of redirection when a child is acting out. In the time we have been with this school my child has picked up bothersome/troubling habits from other children that I feel should be addressed during class (ie: rude hand gestures and swearing). I feel that children who swear in class, especially when they are between the ages of 3-5, need to be removed from the classroom and the parents need to be asked to address the issue prior to allowing the child back to the school. My child should not have to be exposed to that kind of behavior at this age and all the children should learn that such things are completely unacceptable."

"Miss Delaysha and Miss Brandy, both teachers deserve extra credit for being so nurturing and professionals. My 3 year old would come home and talk bout them so much! He liked them and enjoy being in their class! Thank you Delaysha & Brandy!!!"

"When approaching the school it is very unclean, unkept, trash scattered around the parimiter, the entry is inviting, the Halls are cluttered, and classroom are unsanitary, ceilings are too high the echo of each child and adult rings through the walls..."

"Would be nice if the new Facility Manager would visit with parents or say hi and bye. I never get the chance to speak with her out in the open. Has never really introduced herself. I think the employees should not be parking in parking spots that are closest to the front doors of the building. There are also clearly quick drop off/pick up spots that I see employees park in and I believe should not be. Those should be for parents/customers."

"My general experience with Tutor Time has been a hideous one. Teachers without empathy, knowledge of child development and caring.As I mentioned earlier, my child was not eating well one eve and also said morning. following morning at dropoff asked teacher if child could get a banana or apple sause or something. She told me no, breakfast is at 8am. She was too happy to read my a page from the policy without empathy.Another instance when I realize this place is like a holding cell was one morning child had a horrible night sleeping. Dropped off child at 6am. Asked teacher if child could be on cot until the other kids rolls in. She told me no, sleeping is at 12. Now, it's not what is said, it's how it is said. Seems as thou she was too happy to read policy again. Could have said something like so sorry to hear child had a bad night, however..."

"The parking lot needs to be cleaned up and the buses need to be moved to a parking spot. The parking is very limited and with the buses parked on the side it is difficult to enter and leave. Theon was a super friendly director, it would’ve been nice to have been notified that she would be switching centers."

"Children were enrolled, incorrect number of days were being charge. Notification of 3 days per week. Was still being charged for 5 days a week full-time. Over charged. Woman at front desk was very abrasive and rude. Pick up wasn’t a simple process. Diaper bag left in classroom. When picked up the diaper bag the next morning I was advised “diaper bag was on the other side of the room” yet someone couldn’t travel to the other side of the room to grab the diaper bag. Daughter went one day and was charged for a full 5 day week. "

"It's extremely expensive and for what? They don't even meet the ratio of teachers to kids. There would routinely be one adult and 6 or 7 babies. Every time I brought clothes or toys for my baby (in their own bag, with her name on them) they would be given to another child and I'd never see them again. My baby had a hard time transitioning to daycare and would cry a lot because she just wanted to be held. They would leave her on the floor on the rough carpet, screaming and crying and writhing around until her fingertips were literally missing layers of skin. She was so exhausted when I brought her home. There's a plaque by the door that says they made over a million dollars, but they can't pay more people to be there? One of the teachers literally told me her supervisors watch her and she'd get in trouble for spending 'too much' time comforting any baby. Not to mention - EVERY single time I visited, teachers would be screaming at the kids playing on the playground. Theyre just children. I hate this place and will never recommend it to anyone. "
