"This school has helped my child come out of her shell. I also love how much she has learned. The one negative thing which is a big deal to me is they do not communicate enough. They have the Brightwheel app but it’s few & far between that they update it. I also do not get updates verbally how she is doing. If I’m going to be paying what I am paying then they should at least give me a daily report."

"Like mentioned above, there are teachers that are nice and try but I don't think the hygiene and cleanliness is at the level it should be, hence my son has been picked up very shortly after being dropped off about 2-3 times a month. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating as nobody wants to hear their child got sick within 1-3 hours of being in daycare if they were perfectly fine leaving home in the morning and even the night before. We had to keep asking the staff to change the diapers more frequently, had to bring in our own diapers AND wipes because the ones the school provides are some very cheap ones which caused bloody rash on my son (in combination with poor hygiene). Once we provided our own supplies, it got better but he still had some instances of redness and swelling due to not being wiped down properly or frequently enough. I feel sorry for those good teachers that try as I am not sure if it is the amount of the kids they have to take care of or just really the time flying by so fast for them that they don't realize this but I also think it's the daycare's responsibility to have stricter rules and regulations on hygiene. When my son was at home for a full week or more, he never got sick or develop any redness/rash. He was tested if he had low immunity but the results were great, so there's really no room for speculation... There are about 3 very friendly and to my best knowledge good teachers but I didn't care much for the rest of the staff (probably because they had months to figure out how to take care of my son better - since no other close daycare had an opening when we wanted to transfer him, yet they didn't succeed). Long story short, I jumped at the opportunity to transfer him as soon as I could."
