"My personal is that the teachers have a harder time talking with me, the Kim than they do the father. However, I work from home me so Daddy picks up our 18 mo old. There is open communication with the teachers and they have been able to give good accounts of our child's day. We live the precious moments app and love that our child loves this school. Our child is happy at drop off and happy at pick up. Our child has also made friends (appropriate for his age) and the curriculum offered has helped our child's development. We would like to see baby sign in the classroom. Our household has need of baby sign and we would like the teachers to know what our child is asking for or what our child is saying when signing."

"Our Tutor Time is great! There are a lot of kids where English is their second language. While the staff are very kind, there are few, if any staff who are bi-lingual. Hiring bi-lingual staff would assist with communication and enhance the schools atmosphere. Teaching Spanish would add to an already impressive atmosphere."

"We have some of the best teachers and caretakers at 6266 Okemos! Beth, Danielle, Kim, Jeneece, Rachel...whatever can be done to encourage their retention would be an asset to this location. If they are not full time with benefits, I would encourage you to consider extending that added employment security to them (if they want it). There is a lot of turnover and as a parent, I take comfort when my child has a consistent caretaker. The women mentioned are amazing, loving, warm, nurturing and truly make me feel comfortable about leaving my child in their care. Whatever can be done to retain them would be appreciated not only by me, as a parent, but also by the children in their care!"
