"It was great until my son started to visit next classroom he supposed to be moved on in the August. My son is 2 years and 8 months, and in between two classrooms: 2years and 2.5 - 5 years old. In 2 years old classroom (ration 1 adult to 4 kids) everything is great, I was very happy with teachers and level of care and educational curricular. BUT the next classroom is 1 adult to 8 kids and large gap age difference between kids. This is unreasonable. Teachers physically can't deal with 8 2.5 years old kids at once. As a result, my son started to have peeing accidents every day, which he did not have in 2 years olds classroom, his bottom was not cleaned well enough after bm several days in a row, he started to be engaged in hitting/scratching incidents often. And feel bad for teachers, but this is unacceptable. In mine opinion it is administrative mistake. Structure of classrooms and ratios should be changed. It would be helpful to separate 3 - 4 years old kids into different group and have at list 1 adult to 6 kids ratio."

"We enrolled with tutor time 6 months ago; What I like about tutor time is that they are flexible in terms of family sending food from home; They open almost year around except for federal holidays; Director is very approachable; overall its a clean facility; but there some areas that can be improved; they have brightwheel through which teachers provide updates throughout the day; however its very generalized; in 6 months I have not received a single comment on how my child participated in an activity- did she do something nice today or did she know her abc/nos.; was she nice to her friends; did she help cleaning; I don't get to see her main teacher often and teachers at pick and drop off don't seem to know much about my child's day so we depend on brightwheel updates; also safety is an issue; while the main door is locked during busy hours anybody could get in and classrooms are not locked; sometimes I walk in classroom and not even have an eye contact with teacher; I think the classrooms should be locked for increased safety."
