"Thanks to the more affordable prices compared to nearby competitors, we are thrilled that we are able to send our children here (age 3-5 for our first, and now starting our second at age 3). I am completely satisfied - Tutor Time has the whole package. Location is perfect, teachers are amazing, and director is knowledgeable and respectful and caring. My older child was very well prepared for kindergarten, and my younger one seems very happy there."

"I am extremely pleased with the care and attention our son receives at Tutor Time Norwalk. I can tell that the teacher, directors, and staff truly engage with each child. I love the structure of the daily schedule but that they are also flexible if needed. My only suggestion would be to wash the playground structures and get some updated and cleaner toys to make it look a little more inviting. Overall, a big Thank You to Jen, Donna, Jonathan, and Trish (and EVERYONE else)for doing such a great job each and every day of taking care of our son."

"Our son started daycare at 14 weeks old and I have been comfortable at drop off since day 1 due to how warm, welcoming, and genuinely nice every single person I have interacted with at the school as been. I know he is in capable, nurturing hands! He is happy every day when new pick him up and I love getting the updates through the app that show him playing or learning. Our daycare experience has far exceeded what I was expecting. Miss Faith especially is such a warm and kind soul. I love chatting with her in the mornings and hearing all the lovely things she has to say about our son. It's so reassuring to know that someone is watching him so closely during the day and noticing all of his developmental improvements."

"The best asset at Tutor Time is the administration and staff. The school isn't perfect, but everyone tries to deliver a great experience for the kids and their commitment to the kids shows. I do wish the staff would get more support from corporate to address the areas of concern I referenced earlier in this survey. Some of these items are outside of the staff's control, yet the staff is on the front lines servicing both the kids and the kids' families everyday. And it's a tough job. Please help make the staff's jobs and lives a little easier so that you can retain them and the students."
