However I was very concerned to see Brittany speaking down and raising her voice towards Alma outside the office in front of parents. Kate was on vacation and I don't believe this would have happened if she was there. I have noticed the teachers don't really respond well to her because of the way she treats and speaks to them. In my experience I feel she is the least friendly and genuine at the school."

"We love the infant room teacher Ms. Ria. She is the reason we came back to the school with our second child. One area of improvement that we see is the number of turnover in staff at the school. There seems to be constant turnover and it is unstable for the children to have different caretakers. Perhaps programs to retain the key teachers would help as we have seen a lot of quality teachers leave to pursue other opportunities."
