"We have really enjoyed our time at this school so far. Our only complaint has been with one teacher who is not as warm and welcoming to the children in the early morning drop off as other teachers are. With that said, I don’t have any major concerns at this time with the level of care my child is receiving. We love our child’s main teacher and can really see that she cares about her class and the children she is caring for."

"The staff takes pride in their jobs. You can see that in the way they involve curriculum with fun activities and nurturing independent thought. The staff is interactive with parents and children. I know that when I drop off my child in the morning that she will be well taken care of and nurtured. The staff feels like family!"

"Tutor Time has put me at ease. When I went back to work, I was very uncomfortable leaving my baby with strangers. This feeling faded quickly. The teachers happily greet us every morning and offer little stories about the day to me when I come in for pick up time. They take the time to talk to me about my baby and are constantly telling me how much they're loved. I love this daycare! They feel like extended family, where I know my baby will be loved, cared for, and given room to grow. Thank you, Tutor Time. "I think the teachers are generally friendly. They are interactive and will tell you about an experience they had with your child that particular day. This doesn’t happen every time though. I would appreciate a bit more interaction or friendliness from Kim, the school’s director, especially because this is a setting for children. I often feel like I get the cold shoulder from her or am not comfortable sharing concerns with her. While she has a “running a business mentally” which I can appreciate, she’s also in a unique business of caring for children. We trust this center to care for our children. I’d appreciate a little more TLC at a place where my child is attending. Additionally, when incident reports have been written, they feel one sided and as though it is my child’s fault that the incident happened. Those reports should be written with a lot more consideration and thoughtfulness."

"The phone recruiter assured me there was availability at the school and based on that representation I arrived at the appointed time (1pm) to take the tour and hopefully enroll my child only to be told by the on site staff that the school was full until September and that the marketing company does this a lot since the phone staff has a quota to make of tour appointments -- I was lied to and my time was wasted for which I am strongly considering suing the school for fraud"
