"We have had the best experience with Ms. Nancy, Ms. Jodelle and Ms. Courtney. These ladies need commended for the quality care they provide. Ms. Nancy is absolutely fantastic. I have mentioned concern regarding my son being bounced from classroom to classroom to Ms. Nancy. She was very receptive to my concern and while she works he is not moved from her classroom. However on Fridays when I pick him up I never know what classroom I will find him in. Although we have had a few mishaps, the care provided by the wonderful teachers is what matters most to us."

"Overall satisfactory In our time at the school I’ve seen some really good teachers leave for higher paying jobs. For the amount tuition costs I believe there should be some considerations for raises to keep these good teachers.I’m for the healthy meals but some of these meals are not kid friendly. Take into account they are kids eating. Not adults."

"I am generally satisfied with our experience at this school. However, my number one concern for my child is her safety. It takes a great deal of trust to leave her in someone else's care. It does not give me comfort that this school is so completely lax regarding entry to the building. One of the features of the school that was stressed when we applied was the secure nature of the building. A front door that requires an access code, unique to each individual. That serves no purpose if people hold the door open for strangers and the staff at the front desk don't enforce the rules."

"It appears to be unorganized at times. I have seen unhappy employees that have displayed their unhappiness ,nobody really appears to be happy working here.No consistency in the class rooms a lot of people fill in. You pay a good amount of money weekly but the facility is operated on a low budget. I've observed quite of few things."

"My child was bitten 9 times in a matter of 6 weeks. I had 5 meetings with the director and threatened to report them before they finally moved up the child that was biting my daughter. She had marks and bruises from all of the bites, and one broke the skin. Between bites and falling I am called almost every day with another event report. Staffing is not adequate there and it is unsafe.Teachers are overworked and not attentive.Staffing ratio not adequate. A 6:1 ratio with 12-18 months olds is extremely unsafe, hence the insane amount of event reports. They need more staff. And trained staff that is attentive and not on their cellphones instead of watching the children. Just this morning I was afraid to leave for work because the teacher had her back turned to my 1 year old and an older kid ran into her chair and she flew off and face planted. I ran back over to her and the teacher said yea those chairs are way too high for babies."
