"Our experience has been wonderful, a blessing really. Our nephew had a rough life in his 3 short years. The school's willingness to work with him and us has been great. We were having a hard time with potty training but Miss Gabby and Miss Michelle assured us that he was ok and they would help and within two weeks he was fully potty trained. They are so great with him as well as Miss Dom. Hearing about all of the things that he learns daily is just the best. Our little guys has truly bonded with his teachers and just loves them. We know he is in good hands throughout the day."

"Overall, we have had a great experience with Tutor Time Newark. Our son continues to develop both socially and in his learning. The biggest issues I have with the school usually have to do with communication which is getting better."

"The overall experience has been pleasant. The staff has exceeded expectations on most occasions. The only area I find them lacking is in dealing with parents who do not follow the rules of a safe childcare environment. Prior to the current situation where non-staff are not allowed into the buildings, I was not impressed with enforcement, it lack thereof, of the secure and coded door system. Non-staff frequently piggybacked other non-staff into the buildings. The safety of my children is my biggest concern, especially when left in the car of others. Lack of accountability of who is entering the buildings was always a primary concern. I hope the current system of barring non-staff from entering the buildings remains in effect even after the current global crisis is resolved. It creates a safer environment for the children."

"Generally very happy with the care my child receives. She has grown leaps and bounds. The one “problem” we do have is the transition to one nap where my child still needs 2. We put her down immediately when she comes home since a second nap is not offered."

However, when the new director came and the teachers left, it seemed the standards had diminished. Ultimately, my child's safety was a concern and I removed his from the school."
