"Out of 3 schools in this town Tutor Time has been the best decision we have made. Logan has grown so much more in the last year. We know all of the teachers and staff and everyone is so friendly. The after school activities have been awesome too. Even though we still have another year until she starts kindergarten I am confident Logan will be more than ready for it. We wish we would have started her sooner there."

"2 of the Baby teachers (Brooke and Jenn) are loud, rude, seem like bullies to the other staff members, overtly make fun of the children and sound mean when you walk in. Babies are left crying on the floor every time I go in and the workers don’t even seem to notice. They don’t talk in sweet, quiet voices that babies respond best to. It is not a loving atmosphere, you feel stressed for both babies and workers. On the other side: Julissa, Cindy and Mel are terrific. I wish they were with the babies 100% of the time. Then I would consider leaving my baby there."

"Class size could be smaller and the bathrooms could be cleaned more frequently. Be more consistent with teachers and pick teachers that are good with the age group of the classroom."

"I am however furious that this school no longer allows boppy pillows or bumbo seats for the infants. An infant can only do so much tummy time or being held by a teacher, meaning the rest of their day is on their back, and they are developing deformed flat spots on their heads. As a result I see many babies in that room now forced to wear helmets, and that's all Tutor Times fault. I spoke with the teachers and they assured me it's a new company policy to no longer allow boppy pillows or bumbos. I have a 2nd child on the way and I'll now consider bringing them elsewhere so they don't get a skull deformation at the fault of tutor time."

"For the most part the employees keep the children engaged, know my child and do a good job with activities and personalized care for my child. The tuition rates aren't great, but they aren't bad either. The app is convenient and allows contact and feedback throughout the day on my child with the caregiver. What I do not like is that they are very prone to closing on any day that may remotely resemble a holiday and they close if there is any amount of snow on the ground, whether on the roads or now. They closed 3 out of 5 days one week this year and collected full tuition for the week and threatened late fees and expulsion if I did not pay. As if I were actually provided a service for the money they demanded. They also NEVER follow the posted menus for the children, they feed the kids like they are at a public school. The vast majority of food I would not personally eat myself. If one were to eat what they give the kids for a lifetime they would most certainly develop diet related diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, etc. Our child used to eat vegetables and fruit without hesitation. Since attending Tutor Time she won't eat anything but junk. They feed them a fruit or a vegetable with each meal. By that I mean something covered in syrup out of a can. Baked beans are considered a vegetable as would be the tomato sauce in spaghetti. Ridiculous. The year prior to attending that she had been eating solid food was wasted effort on our part, all to be undermined by management concerned with their bottom line and convenience as opposed to healthy children."

"We love the staff and the director. We are sad we were forced to leave. The kids really grew so much. Corporate should really look for other options with the after school program in the summer. At no time do 12 year olds and 6 year old need to “hang out”."

"The facility overall was impeccable! The director assistant provided the tour and properly answered all of my questions. She covered many topics and took time to provide detailed information. The director also provided great assistance in meeting with us and provided information. The teachers in the classrooms were friendly and engaged in conversations with my son."
