"During busy drop off and pick up times, it is very hectic in the rooms and someone could easily slip out. The school is great and most of the teachers are fantastic! Great activities for families!"

"Drop off is iffy. Sometimes the teacher is welcoming- other times it seems like a burden to show up at 6:30. If the establishment opens at 6:30 then they should be ready to receive children at 6:30. Not ready at 6:35 still putting chairs down."

"Some of my sons individual teachers have done very well with him and he loves to see them in the morning. However, in terms of updates on his day, accurately tracking meals, naps and diapers, taking pictures of my child, communication with us and knowing what he is learning this facility is lacking. I understand their days are busy with the kids, but if you sell me on good and frequent communications and updates, then I expect that to be the norm for our interactions. On the contrary here, communication is infrequent and often late, tracking of his day is lagging if not entirely missing at times and getting anything more than “he had a good day” is like pulling teeth. We have never once received the handouts we were supposed to get for what sign language they were helping him with or anything else about what he was learning. This daycare is not awful, but sure is disappointing and frustrating based on what we were sold when we enrolled"

"Disappointed that the prices are not accessible for paying customers. At any place you go where you pay for a service, the prices are transparent. Not here. Very frustrating for a parent trying to budget."

"The early morning staff is kind of cold and unwelcoming. They dont really interact with the smaller children like they do the older ones. That's not just my child but other children as well. I think maybe because they just know the older children better? They tend to bark orders at the kids and just expect them to do as their told instead of taking the time to redirect them. Again I think they are just used to older children who typically listen to them and not 2-3 who look in the face and still ignore you."
