"Tutor time has exceeded my expectations in a daycare program. My son smiles when we enter the doors and we are greeted by happy and welcoming staff. As a first time mom feeling so at ease with dropping my son off is a relief. I love knowing he is safe, well taken care of, and always given such great attention. "There needs to be a better contingency plan for when a child is possibly sick. There should be a part time retired pediatrician or pediatric nurse at the school to take care of kids who might be sick. There should also be a separate room where the sick kids can rest and/or wait until someone comes to get them because we can't always come 1,2,3 to pickup our child(ren). We can't always just walk out on our jobs (some managers and bosses are not understanding) or it make take us a little time to get there. I find that sometimes the school is not understanding in that area. Otherwise my children are happy at the school and love coming here."

"My daughter Mia raves about her teachers Ms Tiana and Ms Aly on a daily basis. I see their interaction when I drop Mia off and I know they care for Mia in the same manner all day everyday. I am super impressed with how detailed they are and how much work and effort they do to make us feel Like Mia is the only student they have. Coming to Tutor time massapequa was the best thing for our family and Mia’s overall development. Ms Tiana, Ms Aly and the directors need praise for creating such a great place for my daughter."

"The staff who work at the front desk as well as the director are not friendly. My child and I are not greeted upon entering the building. Rarely does anyone say goodbye to myself and child. Director seems to only be concerned about numbers in the classes. Children and teachers are shuffled around from class to class daily, no consistency in routine with class or teachers. Children seem to be looked at as a number only. Classrooms are always getting called to see how many students are left."
