"We are beyond happy with Tutor Time. From the administrators to the staff, they all go above and beyond to provide the safest learning experience. From day 1, they have treated myself and my children with respect and truly care for their best interest. I have never felt like just another number. I am comfortable each and every day dropping my children off because I know they are in great hands. And for a daycare, the curriculum cannot be beat. My daughter has learned so much and it shows thanks to the amazing people at Tutor Time. We feel like family and I would recommend this place to everyone."

We are overall happy.Two things I would like to see change:1) the frequency of how often my son is sick. We are very germ conscious at home and both parents wear a mask at the work all day, so I believe he is picking up germs at school. 2) when he transitions to a new classroom, I feel uneasy that I have no idea who the head and assistant teacher are and have never once gotten to meet them. In covid times, I would think they would at least send a letter of introduction home and tell who they are and what his new classroom looks like and what they do in there."
"I am ready to remove by children from Tutor time. This school has caused our family immense heartache and stress to the point where I no longer trust the staff and especially the two directors. I don't believe that it will ready my children for transitioning to elementary school. This is nothing more than a glorified babysitting service"

"The director and asst director are wonderful. More concern about tuition as a company policy. If I pull my child out of school as my own choice, I understand I’m still responsible. My child is currently quarantined and not allowed to go to the school due to his teacher being positive for covid. I don’t believe we should be responsible for tuition for services we are not receiving. Plus we have to take time off and are losing pay to accommodate having my child home."
"We've been with Tutor Time for the last 3 years and both our sons are enrolled. Our oldest is enrolled in the first of it's kind at TT Kindergarten program which was created as a result of the COVID pandemic and he has been flourishing this year. He has come out of his shell and I account that to the small class size, as well as his teacher, who is excellent. He loves school and looks forward to going in every day. For Thanksgiving when asked what he is thankful for, his first response was Miss Maryann! Our youngest is in the pre-school program and while he is still trying to find himself, he has great teachers who are energetic and fun. He says his days are super-duper great. I have always loved TT's curriculum and I know that both boys are in great hands, academically as well as emotionally. The staff is wonderful, caring and dedicated to all the TT families. We are very appreciative."

The teachers could be better about consistency with curriculum and responding to communication from parents but other teachers at this school are amazing. The cameras are a great addition.
