"I loved it when Dana was in charge. She ran a tight shift and everyone did what they were supposed to. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and I never worried about my son. Once she retired, the whole place fell apart. Tiffany almost destroyed it. Teachers were unhappy and complained. I heard other parents talk about leaving because nothing was ever done. I called corporate to complain several times. She is finally gone and it's gotten so much better. We are happy here again."

"When I first brought my son to this school I thought it was a good fit with the initial staff they had on hand. After they changed directors and assistant director, the school went downhill. There was no order, no friendly atmosphere, never knew what special events were going on for the holidays and the teachers kept changing. I feel like my child isn't learning anything and I see the teacher's are stressed out and unable to teach the kids because the ratio of kids to instructor is too much (for early preschool)."

Feel like we are brushed under the rug and we are not given proper notification on events and issues. Again, there have been multiple occasions that my child was sent home with lice but no notice was sent out to other parent about the situation."

They were all quick to learn our daughters name as well as a little about her dad and I.
