However, the staff and admin,especially the current director, have been integral in ensuring my childs safety, happiness, and continued learning. We are incredibly happy with our TutorTime family and are always grateful for everything they do for the children. We are so lucky to have found such a loving, supportive, and forward-thinking educational environment for our daughter. All of the staff, from the director, to our child's teacher, all the way to the chef, greet us with smiles, hugs for our little one, and truly let us know she is loved and cared for. "Very unnerving rollercoaster. We are on our 3rd director in 3 years. To start, if you get acknowledged when coming or leaving you can tell its script. The assistant director does not want to be there and rolls her eyes alot. My son likes his teacher and we are happy he's not be shuffled room to room anymore which was constantly but since raising concern, he stays put now.The place is not very kept up. Starting with the parking lot and front grass. There is so much trash everywhere that just sits there. The floors are dirty and reception is never tidy. Almost like a mom and pop shop which for the price you'd expect at least the front of the building be kept up to shed an appearance they care.Its sad though, we used to brag about this school but now cant wait to be done there."

"This school has just been a day care for my children. Nothing special. They move my kids all around, to meet their census, and good luck trying to get consistency. I guess the scavenger hunt to find their bags/clothes daily is something."

"The paperwork process was quite long, drawn out for major unnecessary reasons. Once we were actually able to start it was absolutely amazing! Still is! Ms. Ellen is my son's favorite! He talks about her at home and wants to bring her home! I was very scared in moving him but I didn't have a choice. Now, were moved and in a great routine I am so very thankful I was put in that situation. he is extremly happy and well taken care of a loved by everyone there. He and I both feel that when he walks in! Thank you!"

"I think the day-to-day care is exellent. There are inconsistencies with communication, I have never been prewarned about classroom changes and my son has had to switch up 2x between age groups and it's felt like I drop him off in one room and then the next time he needs to go elsewhere. So while the school prepares the children by allowing time in the next classroom, the parents have been left out of the communication chain. I have always felt blindsided by it when a simple email or note stating that so-and-so is next on the list to move into this classroom would be nice."
