"Tutor Time goes above and beyond expectations! I can admit that I am not an easy parent to satisfy and I am gladly surprised that I have not had an issue/ concern. You have a genuinely amazing team who truly enjoy what they do. It is such a comfort for parents to know that their children are in such great hands while they are away. I transferred to this daycare from another great day care expecting that there would be an initial rough patch until we got to understand each other and each other’s expectations etc. but I am shocked that the staff is so responsive to my requests and I have never had to ask anything more than once. I am in healthcare and safety and cleanliness is a high priority for me and I can honestly admit that since moving to this daycare my children have not gotten ill like they used, which speaks to their dedication to illness prevention and cleanliness! I am sooo grateful to have found them and for the love and care the give to my dtr!"

"I have two of my girls at Tutor Time (3 and 5). Our Center Director(Julie) and Assistant Center Director are amazing - they provide insight and offer guidance on any challenges we encounter as parents. The teachers also sincerely show their interest in their students and those that don’t, don’t last long enough for me to remember their name! I can truly say that all of the teachers are held to the highest standards. Every week my girls come back with something new they learned. Worth every penny (plus you get 10% sibling discount!!)

"I really love the staff at our school, they do a wonderful job and they are always welcoming. My employer has a child care on site and I refuse to go there because I liked what I saw the first time I walked into the Itasca Tutor Time. I brag about how great they are. They have helped my son grow and helped with needs he has had or recognized issues we have also had concerns about, they even go above and beyond at times for us - I had to have emergency surgery two years ago and not only did they help get clothes and diapers together for our emergency back up, but the week after they helped out him in his car seat for me because I couldn’t lift him in.They are so wonderful there and made such great friendships through the teachers, staff and parents because of it."

"I love the school and teachers, though there are some that bring personal life to school and it affects their behavior. I feel there needs to be playground equipment and the quality and length of outside play is severely lacking. Unfortunately I do not receive communication regarding development outside of parent teacher meetings and the quality of food is lacking. There’s not much multicultural diversity and I feel that needs to be discussed more. I do feel that a majority of the teachers are friendly and my daughter loves coming here."
