"I would personally would like to see the tablets gone. more incidents have happened since the tablets have been added. my child had been injured. children have been standing or sitting on tables, benches, toys. Not very safe to me. I would like to see a teacher by the bathroom when the children are using the bathroom. And not let multiple children in the bathroom when one is using the potty. I have walked in multiple times to pick up my son and there are multiple children in the bathroom while he is using the potty. Among other bad things, some of the staff is friendly, location is good and the pricing is decent. you pay what you get. other than the few incidents I am happy to have my son here. He has developed a lot from here."

"The menu is horrible, I wouldn't eat most of what is served! The management does not listen to any concerns. Allowing Bee's to swarm and stay for weeks. That is a huge liability! Threatening to put weighted vests or leg/lap weights on children, is 100% unacceptable! Telling parents that workbooks are being done in class, 6 months later 10 pages are done. The rampant infections like strep, that we are not informed of until 3 days later. I could go on...."
"Our child has enjoyed school since the beginning. The staff seem genuinely interested in her success. Teachers are approachable and friendly. Sometimes we have to ask a lot of questions to find out what has been going on with our daughter and the written daily reports are often rather vague. Most of the children seem to be as happy there as ours. Unfortunately, it costs a lot of extra money when they are closed on holidays because we have to pay the week and still lose money having to either stay home from work or find a sitter. We understand why it is that way but it's a real difficulty sometimes. Overall, we very much like the school and plan to keep our child there. Our biggest complaint is making payments on the web site- the site is just not very user friendly, old or new. Having seen so many examples of how to construct a site well it's hard to believe you came up with that."

"When my daughter first started the team of employees was great and welcoming and you felt their concern. Now with the new director and people leaving there is not the same level of enthusiasm and care shown up front. My child constantly has different teachers making it hard for her to adjust."
