"my child continues to have anxiety with going to school which is heartbreaking. my child does not want to go to school, and does not like to go to the school age room in the morning. I think my child may have difficulties with the morning transition from one place to another. also, it is frustrating that my child seems to be moved from class to class depending on how many students/teachers are attending that day. again I think consistency with the physical class/teachers would help. my child has had multiple teachers since starting school. I appreciate the transition children make when aging up to a new class however. I would like to have parent/teacher meeting to discuss progress. I have no idea how my child is progressing socially and with learning. this is frustrating to me. I was told this was done in the fall when my child enrolled, and it has never happened. I am willing to make time to meet formally as this is important to me and I think other parents as their children are getting ready for kindergarten. if meetings are difficult with staffing please have progress reports that are sent home with updates. my child is going to school to learn, not for a babysitter. please send updates with how my child is learning, doing socially and what we need to work on at home! the morning front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming, and willing to answer questions. they always greet my child by name- kudos to them! my messages sent on bright wheel are answered in a timely manner and its nice to get pictures and updates."

"This tutor time has the warmest staff who continue to great me and my family after we have graduated to the next class. I feel very safe in leaving both of my children there while I go to work and know that only serious issues will be communicated to me while I am at work (I am unable to leave my job once on campus). The focus on child development and social behaviors has made it so much easier for me as a mom because my child has usually already seen the skills I try to teach. The facility is well kept and all toys appear clean and intact. I originally enrolled my daughter temporarily until a family member retired and could watch her full time but I continue to bring her because of the positive experiences there."

"I've had some good experiences with a handful of teachers but as mentioned above, it's frustrating to build a relationship with a teacher only for the teacher to be gone the following week. It's also frustrating when I learn of an incident that happened at daycare yet no one knows where the incident report is. I've also received calls about incidents hours after they occurred - if they warrant a phone call, it needs to be in real time. There are also some administrative staff who rarely follow up with an answer to a question/concern I have."

Almost everyone there is a positive influence on my child. However, things appear to be a bit chaotic some days due to lack of staff and the need for the facility to frequently move children around because of this. I also am of the opinion that new employees are often thrown to the wolves before they are ready for the same reason."
