"First impression of this school was great. However, the day I went in to enroll my daughter, I saw a teacher slide an infant inside a classroom with her foot. I looked at her funny and went straight to the director to explain what I had witnessed. It's been a year and that teacher isn't working there anymore. My daughter has now been enrolled for a year now and she happened to experience an encounter with a teacher. A teacher snatched a blanket from my child's hands while my daughter was running to a little boy to comfort him with that blanket. (I believe that blanket belonged to the little boy.) Issue is being resolved. After the first issue, I gave this location a shot and haven't seen anything disturbing until recently. I hope the director addresses this issue so that I can continue to feel comfortable leaving my daughter at day care. Other than that, this location is great. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The director shows that she cares so much for all students enrolled."

"The one year old teacher's rules for eating and drinking were restrictive. I did not feel comfortable having my child in that environment."

"The staff has to get better with communication to parents. The daily notes are copied and have the same information for each child in the classroom. The nap times are offer blank and the comments are just copied in general statement about the day. The teacher for the class should be available at either drop off or pick up. I go days without seeing my child's teacher because she is covering for another class so my child's class has to join a different teacher and her hours are limited so she is gone at pick up time. There are no extra curricular activities offered for the kids after school hours."

"This is the second TutorTime we had our children enrolled at the best one thus far. They are very understanding when a parent runs late. I appreciate their caring nature and patience. I hope they have a graduation like the other TutorTime had."

"I love the change to the new director, Lora. She is more involved with the parents and find answers to our questions without saying no as first response. She listens to parents and kids. Definately, daycare improved with placing Lora there."

"I absolutely love this school. The teachers and directors are warm, friendly, and genuinely care for our kids. My son was in Junior kindergarten two years ago and was more that ready to enter kindergarten. My daughter loves attending Tutor Time and is always well cared for. I have always appreciated that all of the teachers take the time to get to know all the kids even if they are not in their class. It feels like a family."
