"I’m extremely thankful for the staff. My children enjoy coming to day care and also love making new friends. The only concern I would add is I wish I received more notifications on what my children are doing. However, they staff is so helpful with helping them do homework. I definitely would recommend this facility"

"I feel like the school should have hand sanitizer located in more places. I would like to suggest if a teacher sees a students noise running they should clean it or direct the child to clean it. If kids are doing alot of coughing or sneezing send them home to avoid other children from being sick"

"I don’t know how to express of our thanks to Director, Teachers and all stuff members of this school. I was so worry about my only boy who is a little developmental slow. One day I talked with director and she said confidently that he will be ok. The teachers give the Excellent care. Lovely group activities. Very Useful green and red choice rule. The toy share program make my boy to gain knowledge and built confidence. Playing instruments and singing songs together make him more friendship and joyful. Daily reports by Brightwheel make the transparency and less our stress while the kid is away from us. Thanks a lot Tutor time. We really appreciate your love and care."

"Overall our child likes the class and has not told us of any negative experiences. As a parent, I have had odd experiences with some of the front desk staff and often left confused and uncertain if my questions were answered or if I was able to check my child out correctly after I asked for assistance. Sometimes the communication is poor and we have to clarify with multiple staff. I am hopeful that the new director is able to retrain staff and reinforce a professional attitude with her staff."

"Love the atmosphere and cleanliness and safeness. The only improvements is with the assistant director(s) in where they Are not so welcoming and do not greet when you walk in and leave. Very dry personality. A smile and a hello and a goodbye doesn’t take much and should be done to all who enter or leave."

I understand the teachers are busy, though, and this isn't always possible. Overall, our experience has been excellent. My son connects well with Miss Lorie. She has been excellent in helping him come out of his quiet shell. The school is always clean. I am comforted by the security and safety as well."

"For the most part the school and staff are great. I have never really had any issues with them. They have had a lot of turn over with teachers since we have been there but that might be an internal issue. My son has had about 7 teachers in the year and a half that he has been there in 2 separate rooms. My daughters class has had the same since she started in Aug of ‘18 so I’m sure the moving of teachers has settled down for now. The school seems pretty clean has a slight smell to it but I have a pretty sensitive nose so I can smell everything. My kids seem to enjoy going there and that is the most important thing."
