"Had an issue with our deposit not handled way back in Jan. and lost our spot. Felicia did everything in her power to make sure she was able to fit us in. Very frustrating as a parent since the waiting lists are almost a year long so props to her for dealing with us during that hectic time. I know I was less than pleasant to deal with at the time. Other than that mishap (we know it was an individuals fault not the companies) Tutor Time has met and exceed our expectations for our son"

There are different styles of care and a diverse set of caregivers; this works for us and we appreciate it - I think it strengthens the program. "Amazing pre-k teachers! Frequent staff turnover in the other rooms as well as the director is a bit disappointing. Maybe pay the teachers better and they’d want to stay. Parents certainly pay enough tuition."
"Our experience for the children and parents and grandparents at Tutortime has been positive in every way. We have always been welcomed and treated respectfully and feel like part of a “family”. The children receive educational skills necessary for success in school and social skills are taught and lovingly reinforced. This is our third child enrolled at Tutortime, two others are currently in 2nd and 5th grade and we’re very prepared when entering school."

"If asked a year ago I would have recommended this school. But now I count down the days to when this place is in my rear view mirror. Communication from management has deteriorated to nothing. Sanitation has dwindled. The teachers for the most part are great and appear to be engaged but for one reason or another Tutor Time struggles greatly to keep good staff. Perhaps management drives the good ones away. Tutor Time is more concerned with its costs than the care of the children. Very sad, it seems to be only about the money for them."

"Overall we’ve had a good experience. Recent turnover of a large amount of staff was concerning, however things seem to have stabilized. The constantly increasing cost is making us consider other options for the future when we have two infants enrolled."
