"The staff of Tutor Time East Greenbush (EG) have always been there for our family. It has been a warm and welcoming place where our two children have thrived. Particularly during the pandemic and school closures, Tutor Time EG was, after a brief closure, one of the only people/institutions there to support our family (and, even then, Tutor Time also operated the North Greenbush location, which we were glad to have as an emergency plan). The teachers and staff are caring, and the current director, Jen, is amazing (prior directors were also excellent). We can't say enough nice things about Tutor Time and will miss it when our youngest graduates."

"All teachers need to be at school during the entire time that the school is open. Half the time i dont know which classroom to bring my child too or where he is at the end of the day. I see other parents wandering around looking for their kid. Put it in the app as to which room the child is in if they are moved out of their regular room"

"The school has gone through a number of teachers/providers and Directors. Each time things get better they get worst and level off. I've been a cheerleader for TT at times when I probably shouldn't have. I'm done with trying anymore. We pay such a high amount that the overall care is much less than what they say you will get."

"I’m nervous about cleanliness at the school. I think it’s just the teachers who clean at night, not a janitorial service which I would prefer. I also wish the teachers were older and seemed more invested. Seems like it’s been a rotating door of teachers lately, especially the floaters. I am concerned about reports made on social media. I am trying to decide if all daycares have these types of issues or if we need to start looking elsewhere for my second daughter to go."

"The biggest change this school/corporation could make is NOT to incentivize your managers by giving them bonuses if their school/districts save money. This drives the wrong behavior and places corporate earnings before the welfare of the children - and no, these things cannot co-exist as equally important in a corporate structure. They are at odds with one another. When you give bonuses based on cost savings, you end up with the least educated workers (because you're offering the lowest pay), the fewest staff members, low quality programs, not good academic supplies, and cheap food.....all things that are not in the best interest of the kids. Until this changes, the wrong behaviors will always be driven."
