My child recently switched class rooms and prior to the move we received daily updates from teachers, now the main teacher in new class room is rarely there when I drop off and is never there when I pickup as he is moved to another room later in the day, so I get no updates on my child. Which is frustrating going from great communication to no communication."

"We were unsure of what to expect transitioning to daycare, but the primary care teacher for infants is unequivocally the best in the area. We feel confident in the decision to use this location because of her, and have peace of mind as we head to work each day. She clearly has a love for all of the children in her class, and shows care on a personal level. She is encouraging and patient and feels like a member of the family. The staff overall, including the director, are always friendly and personable. We inquired at multiple daycares in the Dublin/Hilliard area until narrowing our list to 20, eventually settling on this one. The deciding factor was ultimately the teachers."

Love knowing what she is doing all day long and the little things like what she ate, how long she slept... very pleased.
