When transitioning to a new classroom the teachers have made the transitions as seemless as possible given the seperation anxiety that our child experienced. "We have absolutely loved this school. All the teachers throughout the school know all the kids, they are engaging, loving and nurturing. One of my fears of moving my kids to a school vs in home daycare was that they would love that love/nurture physical touch but that wasn't the case here. Little kids need that so it's so great that it's provided here and it's genuine. My daughter started right when she was 2 and her development skyrocketed once she was in this school with their curriculum. We have recommended this school to a few families and they have enrolled their kids as well. "Overall, my family is very happy with Tutor Time Cypress. The teachers are very friendly and the kids all seem very happy when in the teachers care. My child was getting sick often at our old school (lack of cleanliness), but we haven't had many illness since starting at Tutor Time, which makes me believe that cleanliness is a huge priority here! I love that the teachers schedules are consistent which gives the kids the consistency they need in a school environment. The teachers aren't changing their times/schedules often, which is comforting to our family. Generally speaking, we know we can always count on our teachers to be in the classroom at drop off and pick up!"

"I love receiving up dates on my children on what they ate, when they nap and when their diapers have been changed. I also enjoy receiving a few pictures of my infant son on things he does during his time there at tutor time. I wish I received more photos of my 2 year old."

"The teachers at the school are really great. I have really appreciated how much they have loved and taught both my kids. The director is a mess. She seems scatter-brained, she doesn't seem empathetic to family needs, she can never provide fast responses and forgets to follow up regularly. I couldn't even get information about how much we were going to be paying with one kid in full time and the other just after school. It isn't difficult to pull out the rate sheet for me. I will even do the math! I am regularly frustrated by what I can only describe as a lack of give-a-****, and very often relieved when I receive an email letting us know she is taking a week or two off. Things are so much smoother when she isn't there! Ms. Ricia is great!! The teachers that are more senior that step up when Mrs. Jennifer is out are awesome. I spend more time socializing with the staff when Mrs. Jennifer isn't there because I am not trying to avoid seeing her or interacting with her. Primarily, it just irritates me how inattentive she is when she is hiding away in her office, which is most afternoons at pick-up. I think the staff and the school in general would be better off if she was offered some humility and told she could do better. I don't think her heart has a dedication to continual improvement the way I feel the teachers and other staff are dedicated to always being better for the students there."
