"The administration is top notch. I know that I can speak with anyone in the office and they will do everything they can to make sure whatever my issue is gets fixed and gets fixed fast. They are so loving and caring and I know that their example spreads to their staff.The teachers are so friendly and always take the time to tell me how my daughter is doing and let me know if there are any areas that she may need to work on. I am so impressed with this school. They have far surpassed any expectations I thought I had."

"This daycare has been amazing for my daughter. She was scared at first but the staff have been great with her. It’s been two months and she gets excited when we pull in the parking lot. The have healthy meals and understand there are more than one way to learn something. The staff always listen to my concerns and make me feel comfortable about leaving my baby in their care."

"I continue to be frustrated with communication on behalf of the management team. The director is not very friendly and her emails are just copied & pasted from corporate. It does not seem as if she's dedicated to connecting with families. At one point my (mid COVID) my child's teacher took a month long leave of absence and I was only told that when I noticed she had been gone and asked. That seems like an easy memo while still respecting the teacher's privacy. There also seems to be a lot of personal chatting at the front desk that doesn't stop for a parent's arrival. Just today was the first time a teacher shared a weekly curriculum for the classroom and we've been there for 10 months. While the teachers share anecdotes about the day the communication lacks details about what the group is working on and how my child is doing with that goal in mind. That being said, the teachers are very warm and loving with my child which is what keeps us coming back. Well that and a lack of other options for us."

"We really like the fact that there is an app to stay connected with our child throughout the day. We have been particularly unpleased with the way the school follows its safety protocol for reducing the spread of COVID-19. We have caught the teachers and the directors not wear facial masks indoor while talking and our child was carried out to us by a different teacher almost every day at pick-up. Seeing these makes us very concerned about our child's safety. The teacher to student ratio is too high and the center constantly has to get teachers from other classrooms to help out, thereby increasing the risk for spreading COVID-19. We would have loved to see the teachers have more interactions with our child; but because of the high ratio, the teachers are always busy taking care of the basic needs. Our experiences at Tutor Time has not met our expectations at all."

"Teachers could communicate more about what the kids are doing/learning. I don’t know much about the curriculum (if there is one for the 2s). The Admin staff are hot and cold depending on the energy of the day. Id there’s something stressful happening, you can feel it when entering the lobby. The director is pretty inaccessible and not a great communicator."
