"Seems to be a lot of turnover with staff/caretakers. During those transition periods no one seems to have information or there are attitudes about it. Some staff don't seem welcoming and look stressed which makes it painful and uneasy to ask questions. I feel there should be more verbal turnover with parent/teachers about upcoming events or sign up sheets. Just posting them on the door is not enough."
"They did nothing to engage my child or address my concerns all they cared about was the other children and labeling my child as dangerous and gave him 5 write up and allow him to participate in bad behavior and inform me they are not able to re direct or help my child during the day. This is by far the worst childcare center I have ever experienced. I will pay top dollar for better service than what me and child received at this center."
"Of the 3 centers i toured, thi sone has the best security measures even required my ID for the tour, not just signing in. These extra measures are appreciated so much. I also like that we check in out child when we would drop her off for any emergency roll call needs. Place was very clean, took good measurements to ensure cleanliness, and had nice amenities."

"Please, DO NOT take your children here! They yell and grab kids roughly. They are not enforcing any curriculum, they have teachers that do nothing but sit in the corner on their phones. They don't follow the student/teacher ratio. The kids are not learning a single thing. Please, do yourself a favor and don't buy into the lies they tell you during your tour. Don't risk the education and wellbeing of your child. "
