"Fabulous teachers and management"

"The teachers that have been in my childrens classrooms have been great with communication and always have a positive attitude. They have always been willing to work with me to resolve a problem but often times, their answers are wrong or are superseded by the director and I am told later, at work, that what we worked out cannot be accomplished. I do not like the leadership at this care center and they are the main reason I am considering leaving the facility."

"The staff is friendly and welcoming. My daughter is excited to go to Tutor Time in the morning which is a huge change from our last daycare provider."

"Please note observe parents smoking in front of school in there car and can smell outside. School did put out memo or email. Need more visual or other action to correct parents or specifically a grandparent in this case behavior."

"We, and our children, have loved our experience with Tutor Time of Cottage Grove. We know our children are safe, being intellectually stimulated, getting good nutrition, and being involved socially. The Brightwheel app gives us peace of mind and the pictures taken are fun to see. I would highly recommend attendance at this facility."

"Over all good but there isn’t a ton of communication when things are going into transition. Whether it be a child changing classrooms or a new teacher. I wish there was more updates on who will be watching over the kids in the classroom and what the next steps are for getting older. Every day seems to be a little different and chaotic with the transition of hiring for a new teacher. I have no idea what the situation is and why it’s taking so long for them to hire a new teacher/staff. Some days there is a brand new person watching the kids and I try to engage and ask their name and there isn’t a lot of feedback or wanting to get to know me, so that part feels weird and awkward."

"Its been fine. They do a nice job. I don't feel like I hear a lot from them on a daily basis because I don't get to see his teacher very much, it is always other teachers watching him when I pick up or drop off. everyone is friendly though and he seems happy"

"Seems to be a lot of turnover with staff/caretakers. During those transition periods no one seems to have information or there are attitudes about it. Some staff don't seem welcoming and look stressed which makes it painful and uneasy to ask questions. I feel there should be more verbal turnover with parent/teachers about upcoming events or sign up sheets. Just posting them on the door is not enough."

"They did nothing to engage my child or address my concerns all they cared about was the other children and labeling my child as dangerous and gave him 5 write up and allow him to participate in bad behavior and inform me they are not able to re direct or help my child during the day. This is by far the worst childcare center I have ever experienced. I will pay top dollar for better service than what me and child received at this center."
