"First off, I will never do business with this company again. Ordered parts Sunday and was overcharged $30 on a part. Call Monday and the issue was supposed to be resolved. "Parts" arrive Thursday and the only thing in the box was the part I was overcharged for. Finally after 2 days on the phone with them, they tell me that the other 2 parts weren't in their warehouse and were going to be shipped from the manufacturer directly. Their website clearly states they won't list anything not on a shelf and that returns (for any reason) should be painless. One of the worst experiences I've had. Will NEVER recommend this company! Also, it's Friday and they still haven't returned my money from the overcharged item!"

"To start, they are ran by Autoplicity. Must by why their service is absolutely awful. Their website noted 1 in stock of what I needed so I placed my order, however it took a month of fighting with them to finally get the correct part. I received the wrong part twice!! What a headache. Aaron was terrible to deal with and very slow to respond. Still waiting for them to send a return label so I can get the wrong parts returned. Additionally, they have no process in place to get your "Low price guarantee" that is promised on their website and an email to them about that gets a 'sorry we can't help you' type response."
