"Sent me an open box AEM failsafe gauge, was missing the wideband O2 and harness. They said I was out of the window (time frame to return) I let them know 5 min after have received the package. ??? Makes sense. Told me to contact AEM for the warranty and missing pieces. However AEM needs the WO on the original box the gauge comes in that is missing. So I spent $300+ on a gauge I cannot use. Had another $4000+ order lined out with THMotorsports. I cancelled that and will be getting my parts from a reputable vendor that will help with an issue like this. "
". I ordered a part on a Wednesday with 2 day shipping. When the part didn't arrive by the following Monday I emailed customer support. I got a reply that said they were looking into it. 2 days later, a full 7bdays after I placed my order it had still not shipped. A shipping status was applied to it and tracking number issued but FedEx never recieved the part. I then called customer service to get an updated status. They asked for my order number and said that an inventory issue occured and the part would not be available until the following month. I placed my order on April 29th, emailed on the 2nd, and called on May 6th but the part won't be available to ship until June. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. When was I going to be told there was an issue. Worst customer service ever."
